Managing Your User Account:
You understand that you:
· can delete your user account, including any preferences and subscriptions you are running by selecting ‘delete’ within the My Profile section.
· can edit your personal content preferences (for free content) at any time within the My Profile section.
Managing Your Paid Subscriptions (if relevant):

CBMC may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

CBMC does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

These Payment Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and User Account Terms and Conditions only cover our Software that includes the domain name of www.cbmcint.com.au and our mobile application.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Software. You are advised to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
Security Policy
CBMC uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by CBMC or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by CBMC

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address), normally within a few minutes of ordering.
For electronic services ordered, by that we mean content subscriptions, you will gain access to this content as soon as your payment transaction is approved and an account is created and activated. Subscriptions we offer may require either a recurring or once off payment:
· Recurring Payments: Continued access to this content will be subject to recurring payments being received, if the recurring payment is not received, your access to the content and subscription will be cancelled;
· One Off Payments: Access to this content only requires a once off payment.
We may change, suspend or end any content, subscription, or change and modify prices prospectively in our discretion. To the extent allowed under law, these changes may be effective upon notice provided to you.
You agree and understand that you can cancel your paid subscription by selecting ‘delete subscription’ via Subscriptions within the My Profile section. All associated content for this subscription will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation. Some content will be permanently deleted. This information cannot be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.
For physical good ordered, we will attempt to send your goods via parcel post within 28 working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
No Warranty
This is our disclaimer of legal liability for the quality, safety, or reliability of our Services.
To the extent allowed under law, we, (and those that we work with, including our technology partner Verto Group whom we license the Software from) (a) disclaim all implied warranties and representations (e.g. warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, and noninfringement); (b) do not guarantee that the services will function without interruption or errors, and (c) provide the Software (including content and information) on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Exclusion of Liability
To the extent permitted under law, we, (and those that we work with, including our technology partner Verto Group whom we license the software from) shall not be liable to you or others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, profits or revenues, related to the Software (e.g. offensive, illegal or defamatory statements, down time or loss, use or changes to your information or content).
Refund & Returns Policy
Electronic Services: There are no refunds for electronic services on our Software including but not limited to Subscriptions.
Physical Goods: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 10 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. CBMC will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
